Genesis introduces Chill Tank Antifreeze Concentrate

Press release from the issuing company

WAUKEGAN, Ill. … Amerikal Products Corporation, through its Genesis line of sustainable pressroom solutions has introduced a new product called Chill Tank Antifreeze Concentrate (CTAC).  The new sustainable product keeps water flowing freely without freezing.

Dyed with a yellow tint, Genesis CTAC appears clear when applied to your chiller's water system.  Mixed with water, the mixture allows the operator to ensure the system is optically clear of any fabrication debris, calcium or mineral buildup.  If discoloration occurs, this is an indication that the chiller liquid needs to be filtered of any sediment that may be present.  In addition to making unwanted buildup visible, the yellow tint of Genesis CTAC allows you to see any leaks that may be visible in pipes and fitting.

"Unlike other antifreeze products, there is no alcohol, ammonia or bleach in CTAC," said Bob Danielson, Jr., vice president, business development.  "It is extremely effective without harmful toxins, unpleasant odors or dangerous chemicals."

Genesis CTAC will evenly maintain temperatures and flow to prevent unwanted freezing.  It works best in closed loop applications where propylene glycol solutions are preferred or required.

The new product is available to printers worldwide and can be purchased in a variety of sizes: 5 gallon cube, 30 gallon drum, 55 gallon drum or a 330 gallon disposable tote.
