Prism WIN and QTMS Windows 7 compatible

Press release from the issuing company

WILMINGTON, MA - Prism WIN 2009 Management Information System (MIS) and QTMS Production Management System have passed platform testing for WIN and QTMS clients, and the latest shop floor data capture clients.

"One tremendous benefit of a third party information solution versus a custom solution is the ability to stay current on the latest technology platforms," said Manfred Lange, Technical Director, MIS product development. "WIN 2009.6 was released within one month of the release of Windows 7 which shows Prism's commitment to remaining at the forefront of current technology."

Technical Director for QTMS product development David Sparling added, "Prism amortizes development costs across its base of customers all around the world. This gives all of our customers access to the very latest technology. Staying current on today's operating systems is one such way we deliver the very best and very latest to our customers."

Upgrade paths are available to Prism's existing customers and new installations can deploy on Windows 7 immediately.
