Xerox 4112/4127 Copier/Printer earns industry recognition

Press release from the issuing company

The Xerox 4112/4127 Copier/Printer recently earned seven awards for the quality and value of the systems and the applications produced on them.

Better Buys for Business awarded the 4112/4127 Copier/Printer the "Editor's Choice" award in its 2010 High-Volume Copier and Multifunctional Guide. Applications printed on the devices also earned six 2009 International Association of Printing House Craftsmen (IAPHC) awards.

Better Buys for Business' selections are based on the examination of technologies from all major manufacturers to determine the strength of their feature set and specifications when compared to competitors.

The Xerox 4112/4127 devices were chosen for their tight registration, ability to run coated stock from any drawer, finisher options, feature-rich scanning capabilities, high-volume paper capacity and document feeders. The devices are said to "fill out Xerox's substantial light production line."

The applications produced with 4112/4127 technology also earned an array of IAPHC awards including two gold, one silver, two bronze and one honorable mention within the booklet, manual, calendar and direct mail categories. Winning applications included the "Home of the Original Monster" booklet, the Paris Guide for Visitors and the Monoscapes 2010 calendar.

IAPHC is an international organization dedicated to individuals in the printing and graphic arts industries and has been evaluating and presenting awards in the printing industry for more than 30 years.

The 4112/4127 family was also recognized with three Gold Ink Awards highlighting outstanding printing achievement at Print 09.
