ISO 9001:2008
ISO 9001:2008 is the latest revision of the ISO 9001 series of standards. Since the first release of ISO 9001, over 30 years ago, more than one million organizations in 91 countries worldwide have adopted the principles and achieved certification. ECRM's Quality Management System was determined to be in full compliance with the ISO's latest and most stringent requirements.

The ISO 9001:2008 is based upon

-Customer Focus;
-Continual Improvement;
-Leadership;
-Involvement of People;
-Process Approach;
-System Approach to Management;
-Factual Approach to Decision Making;
-Mutually Beneficial Supplier Relationship.

ISO applies quality certification to both large and small service and manufacturing firms, typically in all facets of a business. This includes design, engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing, as well as customer service. Properly implemented, ISO standards assist companies in rising to a higher level of competiveness, accelerating production cycles, and reducing manufacturing costs. The result is more reliable and higher quality products for consumers.

Achieving certification is just further evidence that our vision and determination are on target."

"The principle purpose of ISO certification is to shield customers from quality problems," noted Tony Lang, ECRM Quality Manufacturing Technical Director, and ISO Management Representative. "Higher quality leads to elevated consumer satisfaction. The more inclusive the definition of ?quality', the higher the customer's satisfaction and experience.
