NELA purchases Stoesser Register Punch and Bender Product Line from Olec Corporation

Oakdale, MN / Santa Ana, CA / Miami, FL – 3 March 2007 - NELA is pleased to announce the acquisition of Stoesser Register Punch and Bender Product Line from Olec Corporation of Santa Ana, CA. The deal was announced during Graphics of the Americas in Miami. “The Stoesser product line complements our Ternes products for sheetfed printers in the US as well as in South America”, David Klein, President of NELA. With this acquisition we will be able to better accommodate the sheetfed market.
