Press release from the issuing company

Carlstadt, NJ – UNIMAC Graphics is thrilled to announce today it has received court approval to merge TanaSeybert, one of Manhattan's top integrated graphic communications companies into its' fold of companies.

In 2004 TanaSeybert was formed through a merger of Tanagraphics and Seybert Nicholas.  Together they shared a business culture centered on people-focused service and a high-quality print product.

TanaSeybert's offering includes a complete array of printing and print-related capabilities, including mailing and fulfillment services, as well as an interactive / online, out-of-home, specialty production, and a creative services division.  These services make an attractive complement to the services and products offered by UNIMAC Graphics, large format offset printing, heatset web and sheetfed printing, lenticular, holographic, and hexachrome printing.   UNIMAC also has one of largest digital printing facilities in the tri-state area, with multiple digital sheet, and digital web presses. Their finishing department includes hot foil stamping, die-cutting, and embossing and capabilities of printing on unusual substrates including plastics, polypropylenes, foils and vinyls.  The merger will allow both companies to provide a greater variety of enhancements and new services to their customer base.
