Complete Mailing Service buys Virtual Systems' Mail-Shop

Press release from the issuing company

Bellevue WA/Toronto ON - Complete Mailing Service today announced the implementation of its newest job management platform,  Mail-Shop software, which is designed for managing digital print and mail operations. Mail-Shop is an integrated solution for estimating, work order tracking, billing, postage reconciliation, inventory, and more. Mail-Shop helps to lower costs by better managing a company's workforce and resources.

While many direct mail companies are operating in a "holding pattern," Complete Mailing Service sees an opportunity to galvanize its operations by installing Virtual Systems' Mail-Shop business management software.

"We see this as an opportunity. By absorbing the work of companies that are falling by the wayside due to the lack of streamlined processes, we can clearly see the benefits of fine tuning our operation by utilizing technology made specifically for our industry and challenges," said Mansfield David and Michele Officer, owners, Complete Mailing Service. "The investment in Mail-Shop will help us better manage our growth and better help our customers. If we don't take care of our customers, somebody else will."

Chris Huber, President of Virtual Systems stated, "With the purchase of Mail-Shop, Complete Mailing Service demonstrates their commitment to offer their clients the highest standards of job management and service quality. We view this engagement as a long-term partnership and are very excited about this opportunity to grow with our client."
