XMPie Adds Xerox Executives to Lead Sales and Marketing Efforts

3/5/07 -- (WhatTheyThink.com) -- XMPie, a provider of variable information software, has added three experienced Xerox executives to help address the growth of the business. In October 2006, Xerox acquired XMPie for $54 million. Richard Schadle has been named Vice President of Worldwide Sales reporting to Jacob Aizikowitz, President of XMPie. Richard has about 20 years of experience in sales and marketing in the graphics communication industry. He started March 1st and will operate from the New York City office. Karin Stroh has been named Vice President of Marketing, reporting to Aizikowitz. Stroh has over 20 years of corporate and agency marketing experience in the Graphic Communications industry. Since 2003, she directed worldwide public relations for Xerox's $4.6 billion Production Systems Group, where she developed and implemented strategic public relations programs that created awareness and built credibility for the Xerox brand. In her 11-year career at Xerox, she has held a series of increasingly responsible marketing positions in Xerox North America, Xerox Office Group and Xerox Technology Services. Prior to Xerox, Stroh led marketing initiatives at Canon U.S.A. and Lowe Direct, a direct marketing agency in New York City. Stroh started March 1st, and works out of the Xerox facilities in Rochester, NY. Larry Zusman has been named Worldwide Marketing Manager for Xerox Business reporting to Karin Stroh. Zusman has over 20 years experience in direct marketing, advertising and print communications, serving as an executive for agencies, corporations and print providers. Previous to joining XMPie he served as Xerox Worldwide Marketing Manager for VI and Workflow, and Worldwide Marketing Manager, 1 to 1 Solutions for the Graphic Arts Business. He is a noted seminar speaker on the subject of VDP and 1 to 1 cross media marketing, and a frequent presenter at industry conferences. Zusman started in February and works from Boston.
