The powerful web-based solution combines back-end warehouse processing with front-end order management systems. Customizable shopping carts can be easily tailored to fit any client.
According to Lynx's co-founder, Patrick Randolph, key factors behind the choice to implement Pro-Mail included the system's ability to streamline their order processing workflow and reduce errors. Specifically, the ability to integrate with third party shipping systems, import orders from customer files, provide clients with on-line access, and easy access to data for accounting purposes. But it was Pro-Mail's customized shopping carts that really made the impression on Patrick and co-founder Mary Jo Clarke.
