Chicago, IL – GPA is proud to announce that Don Granholm has joined GPA in the capacity of Senior Vice President of Operations and Finance. In this newly created role, Don will have overall responsibility for GPA's operations and finances including purchasing, merchandising, information technology, human resources, telecommunications and GPA's local and national distribution centers.

Don comes to GPA with an impressive background in operations including three years as Vice President of Supply Management at Nashua Corporation, thirteen years at DHL Worldwide Express in various planning and logistics functions, and twelve years at United Airlines in specialized management roles.

Don received his B.S. and M.A. degrees in Economics from Northern Illinois University. He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professions, as well as the National Association for Business Economics.
