OMET "Innovator" seminars at Clemson University

Clemson, SC; OMET announces they will start the OMET "Innovator" series of seminars at the new Sonoco Packaging Institute at Clemson University on October 27-28th. The focus of the seminars is to highlight innovative new technologies that provide solutions to enhance converters performance and profitability. In addition to presentations by noted industry experts, scholars and fellow converters/printers, attendees will get hands-on demonstrations of OMET's Varyflex Gearless-Shaftless-Sleeve press as well as demonstrations of ancillary equipment. "This gives converters, printers and CPC's the opportunity to see first hand what can be achieved with the latest technologies" according to Steven Leibin, OMET Sales Manager for Matik, Inc.

The first Seminar is titled:  
The Future of Flexo Innovative technologies to improve profitability

Topics covered will be:
-7 color expanded gamut printing
-Hi-def flexo printing (300 line screen)
-Quick change/low waste press features
