MAN Roland again named one of America's '100 Designer Friendly Companies'

Press release from the issuing company

New York, NY — For the fourth consecutive year, MAN Roland has been recognized as one of the nation’s “100 Designer Friendly Companies.” Bestowed by Graphic Design USA, a leading publication for creative print buyers, the honor points to the press maker’s advanced technology and its educational efforts on behalf of print. “Each year, we round up 100 companies that care about providing first-rate products and services to creatives, adding value and finding solutions, communicating with and standing behind our community,” the magazine stated. “More communication and closer connections between creative people and their vendors can only make everyone better at what they do.” MAN Roland was the only large offset press manufacturer on the list. “Graphic designers are the customers of our customers, and that makes them very important to us,” says Vince Lapinski, CEO of MAN Roland Inc. “We work hard to make sure their needs are met in terms of print quality and ease of production. That’s why we’re proud to be named to Graphic Design USA’s 100 Designer Friendly Companies list for the fourth year in a row.” In an article describing the companies that were honored, Graphic Design USA praised MAN Roland for embracing the design community. “The company sees the creative community as an essential component in the health and advancement of print communications,” the magazine said, “and has been rewarded for this belief.” Joining MAN Roland on the list were such major brands as International Paper, Adobe and Microsoft.
