Xitron and Dynagram Announce Expanded Alliance

Ann Arbor, Michigan -- Xitron, the prepress industry's leading independent developer and integrator of Raster Image Processors, RIP management software and workflow solutions, and  Dynagram, the industry leader in imposition solutions, today announced that Xitron will integrate inpO2 Wizard into Navigator GPS workflow and Navigator RIP Manager solutions.

Navigator GPS is a high quality workflow solution for small to medium printers with a full array of features including:

- Harlequin core RIP technology
- Support for PDF 1.7 and XPS 1.0
- Integrated workflow from client workstations
- Extensive job management functionality
- Enhanced job viewer for soft proofing at prepress operator workstation
- Optional PDF Tools for creating and preflighting PDFs including latest Enfocus PitStop library

Dynagram’s inpO2 Wizard is the latest addition to the inpO2 family of imposition solution with a rich feature set including:

- PDF Imposition
- Wizard Interface
- Max Sheet size 200'' x 200''
- Support for folded, step and repeat and work and turn jobs
- Creep, gutter and margin adjustments
- Crop, Registration, Collation, Side-Guides
- Color bars and Density Bars

Navigator GPS and RIP Manager include extensive job management, soft proofing and RIP feedback at prepress operator workstations, along with the ability to enable/disable RIP from the workstations, and expanded search options making it easier to locate jobs within the workflow. In addition, the PDF Tools option incorporates PDF creation capabilities along with the latest Enfocus PitStop library within the preflighting module.

inpO2 Wizard will be standard with all Navigator GPS and RIP Manager based solutions and is available as an upgrade for existing users of Navigator and Torrent RIPs. Imposition upgrade modules, such as advanced assembly, or gang-work optimization will provide further imposition enhancements to the Navigator GPS and RIP Manager offerings.
