Rochester, New York -- Mary Ann Bennett, President and CEO of The Bennett Group, Inc. was honored to receive the 2009 Women of Distinction Award given by OutputLinks, the information and research resource for the high volume transaction output (HVTO) industry.  All honorees were recognized during the Electronic Document Systems Foundation (EDSF) Industry Leaders Event in Philadelphia on Wednesday, April 1st. 

The Women of Distinction program was established by OutputLinks in 2002 recognizes the many contributions, achievements and successes of stellar women in the HVTO industry.  This recognition spotlights the rich history and ongoing contributions of a unique league of high-profile professionals.  The honorees represent a diverse group of executives, educators, technical consultants, document managers, and other HVTO luminaries.

Bennett celebrates over 30 years of experience in the direct marketing industry, and is nationally recognized as an expert on U.S. postal automation.  She is a frequent educational speaker at national and regional direct marketing conventions and communication forums, including the National Postal Forum, ON DEMAND, and Graph Expo.  Additionally, she is a frequent contributor to many of the national publications, whose reader base is the mailing and print industries, including Printing Impressions, American Printer, In-Plant Graphics, NAPL Business Review, OutputLinks and Mailing Systems Technologies.
