Pitney Bowes Danka to Distribute the KODAK DIGIMASTER EX Digital Production System

ROCHESTER, N.Y., Feb. 27—Canadian companies and institutions needing quality and highly productive printing solutions can now purchase the KODAK DIGIMASTER EX Digital Production System from Pitney Bowes Danka Canada, according to a reseller agreement between Kodak and the graphic communications supplier. This contract enables Pitney Bowes Danka to provide customers with the reliability, speed and quality of the DIGIMASTER EX110, EX125, EX138 and EX150 Digital Production Systems. The DIGIMASTER system offers exceptional flexibility for roll feed or cut sheets and complete in line finishing, including booklet making, three hole punching, perfect binding and booklet factory capabilities. “Pitney Bowes Danka has a skilled and effective sales and service organization across Canada. This reseller agreement increases Kodak’s access to Canadian corporate, government, education, data center and commercial printer accounts,” said Kevin Joyce, Managing Director of Kodak’s Graphic Communications Group. “We look forward to working with Pitney Bowes Danka to grow its sales in key markets.” The DIGIMASTER EX system builds upon the proven quality, performance, productivity, and flexibility of Kodak’s award winning DIGIMASTER technology to address the demanding needs of print buyers for faster turnaround time, new and creative print on demand documents with quality and sophisticated finishing. The DIGIMASTER EX system comes in four speeds EX110 (110 ppm), EX125 (125 ppm), EX138—a new speed model to address a critical production space—and EX150 (150 ppm). The DIGIMASTER EX system also offers an optional extended paper supply, which holds 4,000 sheets of large format sheets in all three paper drawers, roll feed attachment directly to the print engine for transaction and /or high volume printing, and a flat panel monitor with adjustable swing, tilt and swivel capability for optimal user viewing. “The new agreement adds an important component to Pitney Bowes’ line-up of mailstream solutions that help companies manage the production and flow of documents and mail to improve communications,” said Darren Gornall, Vice President & General Manager, Document Messaging Technologies & Enterprise Solutions, Pitney Bowes Canada. “The KODAK DIGIMASTER system is well known for its reliability and productivity.
