Premier Paper makes senior management changes

Leading independent paper merchant Premier Paper Group, has announced a number of significant and important changes to its senior management personnel, which have taken immediate effect.

These changes will affect the duties and responsibilities for Rob Viner, Tony Wood, Tony Gooderham and Michael Beever.

Rob Viner - Rob’s role as Commercial Director will, in future, focus increasingly on strategic purchasing matters, market intelligence and environment issues. In addition, his hours will reduce to three days per week and Rob will continue to remain a member of the Board.

Tony Wood - Tony is appointed Purchasing Director – Graphic Papers, reporting to Graham Griffiths. His responsibilities will focus on day-to-day purchasing, with particular emphasis on strengthening the links between buying and selling within the Premier Paper Group.

At the same time he will also relinquish his responsibility   as Regional Director for the South East.

Tony Gooderham - The responsibility for purchasing Business Papers will be added to Tony’s role as Business Papers Director and he will continue to report directly to Graham Griffiths.

Michael Beever - Michael takes on the added responsibility of the South East regional operations and he becomes Regional Director for London and the South of England.

These changes took effect from the beginning of March 2009.
