CRC Releases Business Management Solution

Press release from the issuing company

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA -- CRC Information Systems (CRC) announced today the release of its next-generation business management solution, Nucleus.  The new software suite from CRC is an end-to-end solution that brings together Customer Relations Management (CRM), Estimating, Production, Inventory, Accounting, and e-Commerce into one comprehensive, easy-to-use package.

Among the numerous new features in Nucleus are intuitive, custom-defined dashboards that stream data directly to the screen, putting critical data at the user's fingertips and allowing them to drill down into the information.  A new, easy-to-use, and customizable menu structure allows the user to easily move within the software as well as create their own personal work flows to maximize their effectiveness.   It incorporates industry-specific estimating packages designed to fit almost any graphic arts company.  Nucleus contains unparalleled accounting tools giving the user complete control over their company's finances.  Drag-n-Drop production scheduling brings added efficiency to a company's workflow.  Nucleus also includes a new e-Commerce suite that takes online interaction with a company's customers to the next level.

"Nucleus offers the most comprehensive set of tools, and new features, available in the marketplace.  Nucleus gives our customers the power to run their business more efficiently and effectively, leading to increasing bottom lines," said Michael Bihlmeier, Director of CRC.  "Nucleus is the latest example of CRC's ongoing commitment to bring the best MIS solutions to the graphic arts industry."

As part of the launch of Nucleus, CRC is making the new software available to its current customer base at no cost.  Packets including upgrade discs and video training, covering many of the new features found in Nucleus, were sent to clients who have already begun installing and using the software.

"Our success is a direct result of our clients' success and the competitive advantages that Nucleus provides are too important for our clients not to have during today's challenging economic environment," noted Bihlmeier.

Nucleus will be on display in Booth #1453 at the AIIM / On Demand Conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania starting March 30, 2009.
