Press release from the issuing company

(August 21, 2008) Pacific Printing & Imaging Association's annual Regional Management Conference will hit the ground running late September at Sunriver in Central Oregon, with a jam-packed program designed to get your business "Game On!" This year's conference will cover some of the most important issues facing the print industry today: the next generation of customers, economics, globalization, technology and trends.

The weekend moderator and first speaker is creative consultant Maggie Kolkena, (MSOD Pepperdine University), owner of Third Thought Consulting. She will act as a conduit to creativity and practical strategies that attendees will be able to implement at their company on Monday morning. Dr. Joe Webb, one of the graphic arts industry's best-known consultants, forecasters, and commentators will speak to the current economic state related to the print industry. Worldwide business conditions will be addressed by Niall Power, who currently is the president and CEO of the Printing Industries of Wisconsin. Rounding out the Saturday seminars will be Brian Lawler, who works as a consultant to the graphic arts industry, specializing in prepress and color management subjects. He will focus on industry trends and innovation.

The weekend will also include some fun and games, a golf tournament, Hickey Picker Award winners' reunion, and a casino night following the PrintROCKS! Awards presentation and party, www.ppiprintrocks.org, on Saturday evening.

Join print shop owners and professionals from Oregon, Washington, Alaska and beyond, for this thought-provoking and stimulating weekend, September 26-28th at Sunriver Resort. Registration information is available at www.ppiregionalconference.org or give the PPI office a call at 877.762.7742 (toll free) or 503.221.3944. Get your business 'Game On!' for 2009!
