Press release from the issuing company

Lutz, FL -- Xplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association, today announced that transpromo communications will take a center stage at Xplor's 2009 Global Conference and Exhibition, March 4-7, 2009 in Tampa Bay, Florida. Sessions will be conducted by noted industry experts including Madison-Advisors, InfoTrends, Insight Forums, IBM, Kodak and others. As part of the 7 courses/tracks and 80 educational classes covering the latest trends and best practices Xplor's focus on transpromo will feature:

Pre-Conference Intensive Hosted by Madison Advisors: The print and electronic communications industry is experiencing dramatic change across several key areas including transpromo, color and print suppression. This preconference intensive will cover how the right mix of technology, solution providers and internal management can help introduce best practices, increase efficiencies, and lower costs associated with document production. In particular, it will provide insight into Madison Advisors' latest research findings across several areas related to document production.

The Great Debate Panel: Transpromo -Yes, No, or Maybe: You've heard the buzz: transpromo makes transaction documents pay for themselves. Maybe you've heard that it's so easy to do that there is something wrong if your organization can't do it. Or, maybe you've heard that it's so hard to do that only the biggest and bravest enterprises can make it work. Maybe you've heard that transpromo requires color? Or, that transpromo means putting ads on bills. No matter what you've heard about transpromo, it's likely that you have an opinion.

Transpromo: Build Versus Buy: There is more than one way to produce transpromo communications, which is the best approach for your organization? In this class, attendees will hear an overview of the major components and processes required to enable transpromo document production and then a review of strategies for achieving desired state. In addition, the pros and cons of the various approaches will be discussed including build, buy, outsource, co-source, etc. as well as insight into criteria for determining the right approach for your business.

Does Your Document Composition Do Transpromo: Your organization likely has at least one document composition solution but do any of them enable transpromo document production? This class will discuss the role of document composition within an overall transpromo solution and review the latest market trends in document composition, the various types of solutions and best practices in the user community. The session will also review leading document composition solutions, with insight into their strengths, challenges, best fit scenarios and which solutions are best at enabling transpromo document production.

Getting Your Message Across:  As the business environment grows increasingly competitive and companies continue to tighten expense controls, marketers are gaining interest in leveraging transactional documents as an integrated element in an overall customer communications experience. As a result, an increasing number of companies are turning to transpromotional communications-the inclusion of promotional and other messages on transactional documents-as a way to increase the value of mundane statements, notifications, confirmations and other transactional documents that have long been considered simply a cost of doing business. This session will discuss design considerations for transpromo communications based on real examples and experiences.

Transpromo Revolution: Trends, Technologies and Tools: This practical session will help you to understand what Transpromo communications are and how they can benefit your organization. Beginning with examples of the most straightforward documents and progressing to robust, multi-channel implementations, the presenter will help you to understand the key components of a Transpromo solution and the results you can expect from investing in these capabilities.

Survival Of The Fittest or At Least The Most Innovative: 2009 promises to be a year of change, forcing many companies to retool as they need to be more agile to remain competitive.  Enterprises will rely heavily upon technology to assist in penetrating and reactivation of customers and according to the recent Chief Marketing Officer Council's, "Routes to Revenue" study, personalization is topping the priority lists. The plan is simple; keeping a customer is easier than getting a new one, driving the importance of personalized technology, imagery and print -you got it transpromo! Attendees will learn the highlights of the Chief Marketing Officer Councils recent study, Routes to Revenue, and the detail behind the Best Western transpromo case study.

Xplor's 29th Annual Global Conference offers a number of flexible registration packages including a Platinum Passport (all courses, all days and all events) as well as a choice of day passes.
