World Color Press Renews Agreement to Print ESPN The Magazine

Montréal, Canada –World Color Press has signed a multi-year agreement to continue printing ESPN The Magazine into the next decade. ESPN The Magazine is a bi-weekly sports news magazine with a rate base circulation of more than 2 million and a total audience readership of more than 14 million. It has been one of the fastest growing high circulation magazines over the last five years.

In connection with Quebecor World's exit from creditor protection on July 21, 2009 and as part of the implementation of the Reorganization Plans, the names of the entities in the Company's group are changed to World Color Press Inc. or derivatives thereof, which was previously the name of one of the merged companies that created Quebecor World in 1999. The Company intends to announce a renewed branding initiative during the next 60 days.
