T&R Graphic Imaging and Colorado Print & Digital Combine

DENVER -- T & R Graphic Imaging and Colorado Print & Digital have announced a merger of the two companies that will create a premier destination for graphics and printing solutions in the state. With the aim of expanding base services and bringing increased efficiencies to the business, the new company, T&R Colorado Print and Imaging, will become one of the leading sources for printing services and display graphics in the greater Denver area.

T & R Graphic Imaging, a Denver-based graphic & digital production company, has been offering complete pre-press services, wide format printing, laminating, Xeikon digital web variable data printing, and Giclee fine art reproductions since its inception 45 years ago in 1964. Colorado Print & Digital, established in 2002, offers a complementary set of services including graphic and web design, Printable on-line ordering web sites, HP Indigo variable data printing, offset printing, UV coating and in-house bindery services.

“The combination of T & R Graphic Imaging and Colorado Print & Digital will create one of the leading print and graphics firms in the state,” said Tom Tucker, President of T&R Graphic Imaging. “As a joint force we will strengthen our core offerings while providing new and enhanced print and large-format display graphic services to our clients.”

Along with existing digital and offset printing, T&R Colorado Print and Imaging will now be able to offer larger sheet width digital web printing, large-format posters, banners, and window graphics, as well as full bindery capabilities including scoring, folding, UV coating, lamination, and mounting.

The merger is effective immediately. The new company will operate out of expanded premises at the former T&R location at 2535 17th Street, Denver, CO 80211. Employees at both former businesses will be retained.
