Either as a free-standing or as part of an automated in-line plate production system, the VisionMaster is a true Vision Registration punch/bender. It uses registration marks imaged on the plate and a three axis table to accurately register the plate for true accurate color registration on the press. The VisionMaster is built to the uncompromising Glunz & Jensen standards.

The VisionMaster produces both singlewide and doublewide plates up to 965 mm (38 inches) at a speed of 170 singlewide and doublewide plates per hour (pph). Plates are automatically Vision registered by fixed dual cameras and registration marks on the furniture. Plates are punched (includes up to four punches) and then bent using a rotary bend leaf design.

The VisionMaster is PC controlled via touch screen and can include an in-line conveyor system for automatic "lights-out" plate flow systems. As a free-standing, hand-fed unit, the VisionMaster uses the internal conveyor system to accept the plate and feed the plate back after the punch/bend sequence. A service call and a program change allows for the VisionMaster to be upgraded to in-line plate flow systems for future lights-out operations.
