Tukaiz Adds Manager of New Business and Consumer Markets

Press release from the issuing company

Franklin Park, IL-January 12, 2009-Tukaiz, a leading provider of results-driven marketing communications services, announced today the appointment of Todd Manley as manager of new business and consumer markets.  In this role, Manley will join in supporting the company's newly launched business-to-consumer venture that is making it possible for Tukaiz and selected third-party providers to offer consumers personalized products like greeting cards, posters, calendars, and more. The innovative new program, already being enjoyed by fans of WGN Radio, WGN TV, and the Chicago Tribune, is unlike any other as it makes highly personalized products affordable for consumers who would typically not have the opportunity to take advantage of Tukaiz' award-winning custom creativity.
Most recently, Manley worked as brand manager/program director for the talk-radio station KTRS in St. Louis, MO where his responsibilities included the re-design of the station's news-talk and specialty programming.  Prior to that, Manley was creative director at WGN Radio where he focused on brand-building, radio imaging, and external marketing initiatives.  While at WGN, Manley was an integral part of the radio station's 15-year relationship with Tukaiz, as they partnered to develop innovative branding, imaging, and Internet projects that included the development of the theme music for the Chicago Cubs baseball organization.

"As Tukaiz expands its offerings to consumer markets, we are excited to bring Todd aboard to share his expertise and bring a unique perspective to our business that will benefit our customers," said Frank Defino Jr., vice president and managing director of Tukaiz. "Todd's successful history in creating and executing interactive products for radio make him the perfect fit for our company as we move to expand our interactive space into consumer markets."

"I am very excited to be joining the Tukaiz team at this time in its growth. It is a company with a remarkable history of continued innovation when it comes to marketing services and I look forward to being a part of such a creative environment," said Todd Manley.

Manley holds a degree in Communications and Fine Arts from Southern Illinois University. Additionally, he is the recipient of several industry awards, including two ADDY awards for copywriting and three Orson Welles Awards for Radio Production.
