Schawk Completes Acquisition of DJPA

DES PLAINES, IL, Jan 12, 2009 -- Schawk, Inc., one of the world's leading providers of brand point management services, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of DJPA, an international brand and packaging design firm. The purchased business includes the London, England and Hilversum, The Netherlands locations of DJPA with approximately USD $8 million in annual revenues. DJPA's clients include Unilever, Grolsch, Warburtons, Heinz, Friesland Foods and Burton's Food.

Schawk has strategically been expanding its capabilities for the past 10 years through acquisitions and internal development to offer greater scale and a global reach, and to service the anticipated global needs of its major brand and retail clients. Today, the Company's offering includes branding, design, technology, retail marketing and additional services that support brands at their different touchpoints globally.

Additionally, Anthem Worldwide, Schawk's strategic design company has grown considerably over the past five years to create an integrated global infrastructure expanding around the world to meet the demands of its customers.
