xpedx Hosts Free Seminars To Help Facility Managers Cut Costs

Press release from the issuing company

CINCINNATI, Ohio -- xpedx, one of the largest cleaning supplies and equipment distributors, is hosting half-day, no-cost seminars across the U.S. titled, "How to Reduce Cleaning Costs and Meet Environmental Goals."

The seminars are presented to individuals responsible for management, maintenance and budgeting at offices, manufacturing centers, health care, retail, colleges/universities and other facilities. They are designed to help them find the right cleaning tools and processes needed to make building maintenance cost effective and healthier, while also meeting environmental goals.

"Every facility manager and owner wants clean, healthy and safe buildings," said Michael Feenan, vice president of marketing at xpedx. "But at the same time, many cleaning budgets are getting cut. After closely listening to our customers' needs, xpedx has developed ways to help them improve building cleanliness-without increasing their total spending on cleaning supplies, equipment and labor."

Seminars include Lancaster, PA, June 17; Baltimore, June 18; Raleigh, June 24; Seattle, July 14; Portland, ME, July 21; Knoxville, July 22; Columbia, SC, July 23; Atlanta, July 28; Minneapolis, August 6; and Memphis, September 22. For more details about a seminar near you, contact your local xpedx office. They will feature lunch and a mini trade show.

He will provide information on workload and staffing, cleaning system design, capital expenditures and mechanization, management tools and environmentally sustainable cleaning.

"Facility managers can walk away from these seminars with clear, actionable strategies that not only save money but also improve the cleanliness, health and safety of their buildings," said Frank.
