WorkflowOne Broadens Executive Staff

Dayton, Ohio -- WorkflowOne, a leading provider of business process outsourcing services for print and promotional marketing, today announced that Brendan P. Foley has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer and William Antoskiewicz has joined in the newly created position of Executive Vice President of Marketing and Customer Solutions. Both will report to President and Chief Operating Officer Dean Truitt.

"Bill and Brendan have proven track records of leading successful change efforts for companies in transition, both as senior executives and consultants. This gives them a unique perspective on how WorkflowOne can meet the challenges facing our industry and emerge even stronger."

Foley was previously senior vice president, controller and principal accounting officer for Wendy's International, where he was instrumental in improving the company's financial function, new lender financings, and executing divestitures, including an IPO and the spin-off of a large subsidiary. Prior to Wendy's, Foley held key financial and accounting roles with Borden, Inc., U.S.A. Mobile Communications and Methodist Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla. A Certified Public Accountant, Foley began his career with Ernst & Young after earning a B.B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Antoskiewicz is responsible for leading the transformation of WorkflowOne's client service delivery across the nation, including aspects of sourcing, account implementation, marketing and communications.  Bill brings extensive knowledge in centralized/shared services, customer management, marketing, sales, and supply chain collaboration.  Before joining WorkflowOne, Antoskiewicz was president of Collaborative Business Solutions, a provider of strategic and business transformation consulting services focusing on business transformation, customer loyalty, sales, marketing and supply chain functions.  He also has held leadership roles with consumer and retail leaders Hershey Chocolate Co., Ralston Purina, Ralcorp Holdings, Kroger, the Fleming Companies and consultant organizations Ernst & Young, dunnhumbyUSA and Computer Sciences Corporation.  He holds a B.A. in Business Economics from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois.
