Wilmington, DE -- Associates Graphic Services (www.agsprint.com), a graphic communications company in Wilmington, DE, took top honors at the 2009 Benjamin Franklin Awards for Direct Marketing Excellence.   The “Benny” award competition, a 36 year tradition, is now one of the region’s highest honors in direct marketing and advertising.  This year’s event and presentation took place on Thursday, June 4, 2009 at The Farmhouse at People's Light, Malvern, PA.

“I was absolutely speechless when they announced that AGS was the 2009 Thomas Black Memorial Award for "Best of Show" winner stated Karen Keenan, Director of Marketing at AGS.  There is nothing more rewarding than to be recognized by the direct marketing community for our work in this multi-media campaign which is a testament to the broad spectrum of capabilities AGS possesses that goes well beyond print” added Keenan.

AGS was honored as the Best of Show for Direct Marketing Excellence for their campaign entitled “Let AGS Take You Where You Want to Go”.  This campaign also took First Place honors in the “Direct Mail, Invitation to Inquire” as well as First Place in the “Multi-Media, Invitation to Inquire” categories.

“We have been aggressively expanding our offering to the marketing community for the last couple of years” said Charles Copeland, President of AGS.  “It is a great honor to enter the same ranks as some of the biggest names in print and direct marketing.  I am more than proud of what my team has proven they can do” Copeland added.
