O'Neil Printing Awarded IMPACT Award

Press release from the issuing company

(PHOENIX) -- O’Neil Printing, Phoenix’s premier full service printer, has been recognized by the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce as a 2009 IMPACT Award recipient for innovation.

O’Neil Printing received the innovation award for the company’s commitment to environmental practices. The company has converted many facets of its process to “green” technology and utilizes environmentally-friendly options such as FSC-certified paper, soy based inks, an ECO-solvent large format printer and bio-diesel fuel in delivery trucks.

Additionally, O’Neil Printing offers its clients “design-for-green” advice as to how they can decrease their carbon foot-print throughout the printing process.

“We are extremely honored to receive the IMPACT award for innovation,” said Tony Narducci, president of O’Neil Printing. “We are committed to providing services that will help other companies reduce their environmental impact.”

O’Neil remains environmentally conscious beyond production and equipment. Many employees use alternative transportation to and from work, including carpooling, ridesharing, public transportation, alternative fuel vehicles and bicycling. Additionally, O’Neil offers incentives to employees who utilize “greener” modes of transportation.

The Phoenix Chamber of Commerce’s IMPACT Awards are designed to recognize inspirational companies with outstanding drive, passion and commitment to Phoenix’s business community.

IMPACT Award winners were recognized at a luncheon May 20. More than 500 people attended to honor the recipients.
