KANSAS CITY, MO -- Henry Wurst, Inc. announced today it will consolidate PN Thompson, its Burlington, North Carolina printing operation, into its Apex, NC facility by late summer. All equipment and seven staff members will be a part of the move.

Henry Wurst, Inc. purchased PN Thompson 10 years ago to provide further cross selling opportunities, broaden its reach in North Carolina, and provide a greater range of solutions to its growing customer base, said Jim Herbst, President, Henry Wurst, Inc.-East region.

“It is in the best interest of our customers to locate all our capabilities under one roof,” Herbst said. “The PN Thompson family has done a great job serving customers and being a perennial print awards winner.”

The move provides an opportunity to improve our efficiencies, centralize customer service and provide one customer contact point throughout a project, he said.

Henry Wurst, Inc.-East will also add an HP 3000 digital press to a robust digital line up to enhance its one-to-one marketing solutions, Herbst said.
