Chesterfield, MO – At its annual Fall Executive Conference gathering in Chicago September 10–12, 2009, ReproMAX recognized three industry pioneers for their exemplary contributions and commitment to the field of reprographics. 

The 2009 Partner of the Year was awarded to BarkerBlue Digital Imaging, which has been making headlines in San Mateo California for more than 50 years. In 2008 alone, BarkerBlue was recognized as Wide-Format Imaging's Shop of the Year, and also acknowledged for its work to fight climate change by the San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce by receiving the Chamber's second annual Green Business Award.  BarkerBlue completed the installation of a $1.5 million solar array in November of 2008 which feeds power to neighboring businesses and homes via PG&E's power grid on holidays and weekends. Gene Klein, BarkerBlue CEO remarked, "This award is especially gratifying because ReproMAX is comprised of the most outstanding digital imaging companies in the world.  To be singled out as a leader among those organizations so willing to share best practices in technology, business practices, and information management and distribution is very much an honor."

The 2009 Associate of the Year was awarded to Graphic Resources and Reproductions.  Since 1991, family-owned and operated Graphic Resources has been offering digital management and reprographic services to northeastern Oklahoma.  Keeping pace with the technological demands of the city of Tulsa and surrounding markets, Graphic Resources looks to continue to adapt to the changing demands of the construction and creative industries. Océ North America was recognized as the 2009 Strategic Vendor of the Year.
