WorkflowOne Signs $40 Million, Six-Year Contract with Memorial Hermann

Press release from the issuing company

Dayton, Ohio -- WorkflowOne, a leading provider of business process outsourcing services for print and promotional marketing, today announced that Memorial Hermann, the largest integrated health system in Texas, has renewed its contract for print services through August, 2015.

Under the renewed contract, valued at $40 million over its six-year duration, WorkflowOne will provide Memorial Hermann's 11 hospitals and numerous regional affiliates with forms, commercial printing, promotional products, warehousing, fulfillment and distribution, all managed by an onsite team of support professionals.

"Memorial Hermann has relied on WorkflowOne for more than eight years to deliver cost-effective solutions that have saved us more than $7 million," said Kenneth Wild, Director of Printing Services at Memorial Hermann. "In the first year alone, we reduced our spending on print by more than 20 percent. Over the years, we have used those savings to invest in improved patient care and technology, as well as education and research."

In addition to WorkflowOne's track record of providing high levels of customer satisfaction, Wild cited the company's unique Dual Network Advantage, which combines internal manufacturing and fulfillment with world-class outsourcing, all supported by proprietary technology. Memorial Hermann also benefits because WorkflowOne is an approved supplier of Novation, one of America's leading healthcare group purchasing organizations, to which Memorial Hermann belongs.

"By establishing tangible performance targets and reviewing them on an annual basis, WorkflowOne has been able to consistently meet or exceed Memorial Hermann's expectations while providing substantial savings year after year," said Jeffrey Moder, Vice President of Healthcare. "By combining innovative programs with exceptional service, we continue to add value in this account and at hundreds of other hospitals around the country."

Memorial Hermann, an award-winning integrated healthcare delivery network with 22,000 employees based in southeast Texas, was named this year's recipient of the National Quality Healthcare Award by the National Quality Forum.
