GI Solutions Partners with Blue Nectar

Press release from the issuing company

GI Solutions has formed a partnership with creative agency Blue Nectar enabling them to offer a full service from concept through production to distribution and delivery.

GI Solutions is looking to re-focus its business on high quality packaging. The partnership with Derby-based creative design consultancy Blue Nectar will strengthen GI Solutions’ offering, allowing them to provide a complete service including concept and design of packaging through to manufacturing, fulfilment and delivery of products.

Mark Grey, Creative Director, Blue Nectar comments: “Our mantra at Blue Nectar is simple, ‘deliver a great design experience that is emotionally connected to the targeted customer’. To do this successfully, our designs must convey the key brand messages for our clients: ‘this is who we are, this is what we do and this is how we do it.’ We incorporate the unique brand characteristics, structure and a communications hierarchy within the design to make the packaging relevant to the target consumer, and ensure it meets their goals and expectations.”

Paul Thomas, Director of GI Solutions, comments: “GI Solutions’s philosophy of innovative design and packaging is a great fit with Blue Nectar and we are delighted to be working with a young and original company.

“The partnership will enable our clients to benefit from expertise and a complete service with a single company regardless of whether their needs relate to creative, fulfilment or both. Doing so, we can offer an even more efficient and cost effective service, whilst maintaining our passion for innovation.”

Packaging produced by GI Solutions is of premium quality and all products are manufactured in China in a secure environment. GI Solutions has thorough policies in place with regards to ethical environmental practices and standards of its suppliers. Both GI Solutions and Blue Nectar are environmentally-minded and look to create packaging that has high residual value and secondary uses for the end consumer.

Paul Thomas adds: “We specialise in providing bespoke solutions, irrespective of operational capabilities. Most products are finished by hand, which means that our clients can benefit from a far greater range of products and finishes compared to automated capabilities only.“

Mark Grey says: “We’re really excited about the potential that this partnership has to offer – the powerful combination of the creative design capabilities from Blue Nectar and the expansive international supply base that GI Solutions are able to provide mean our clients only need to look to one team for their packaging requirements.
