Virtual Systems Releases PAF Process Enhancement in Version 8.1 of Mail-Shop

Bellevue, Wash., Dec. 15, 2008 – Virtual Systems announces the release of Mail-Shop Version 8.1, the latest edition of its suite of software products for printers, mailers and fulfillment companies. Built to help companies realize their full business potential, Mail-Shop streamlines much of the business processes related to mailing. Mail-Shop Version 8.1 offers advanced capabilities in both performance and productivity to support the new USPS
NCOA link compliance related to tracking and record management.
 
Highlights of the Mail-Shop Version 8.1 upgrade include:

- Work flow to help manage the Move Update process required for USPS compliance
- Ability to send processing acknowledgement forms (PAF) and 6014 forms to customers
- Ability to link and track completed customer forms
- Tracking reports that show customers with expired or soon-to-expire forms
- Pop-up reminders to notify CSRs when forms are about to expire
 
The new process additions and flow enables customer service representatives to record, track and report on current postal forms on file as required for NCOA link processing. The new workflow addition provides the ability to quickly e-mail necessary NCOA link forms directly to customers from within Mail-Shop. The receipt of forms can be linked and tracked at the customer level within the software.
 
Current users of Mail-Shop can download the Version 8.1 update from the new Mail-Shop portal now found at www.vsportal.com.
