Stork Cellramic achieves ISO 9001:2008 certification

Press release from the issuing company

Stork Materials Technology is pleased to announce that on September 3, 2009, Stork Cellramic achieved certification to ISO 9001:2008 by Det Norske Veritas Inc. By earning this certificate, Stork Cellramic demonstrates its commitment to quality in its manufacturing and distribution programs and processes. The Milwaukee facility produces laser engraved cylinders for printing equipment and applies engineered coatings to industrial components.

In accepting the ISO registration certificate, Stork Cellramic Engineering/Quality Manager David Hart said, "The achievement of ISO 9001:2008 reflects our continuous efforts over the last several months to achieve consistently superior product quality and reliability for our customers. This drive to excel has boosted employee awareness, increased our operational efficiencies, and reduced our reject rate."

Daniel Ruiter, General Manager, added, "It is an honor to earn a place among the high-performing companies who have ISO certification. This certification validates our customers' confidence in us and demonstrates our commitment to excellence in our manufacturing processes. We are proud to be the first anilox manufacturer compliant with the latest ISO standard."
