XMPie expands into services offerings with launch of e-mail service

Press release from the issuing company

NEW YORK - XMPie continues to live up to its 'One-to-One-in-One' tag line by enhancing its industry-leading, one-to-one communication solution portfolio with its first integrated service-based offering - XMPie E-Mail Service. This new e-mail service solution is an option embedded into every PersonalEffect Cross-Media and e-Media product and affordably provides robust, commercial-grade e-mail delivery and tracking.

XMPie seamlessly integrates with ExactTarget, a leading provider of on-demand e-mail marketing software solutions, as the back-end technology for this service. ExactTarget delivery and tracking services were originally offered as a third-party option to XMPie users. Now, using economies of scale users cannot reach individually, XMPie E-Mail Service is available as a cost-effective, all-in-one option within XMPie server solutions.

According to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council's Marketing Outlook 2009, almost 50 percent of marketers surveyed will invest more of their budgets in e-mail marketing. By subscribing to XMPie E-Mail Service, users can capitalize on this significant business opportunity, meeting their customers' growing demands for personalized e-mail.

XMPie E-Mail Service allows users to maintain state-of-the-art e-mail design and execution through the same tools they use for personalized print, Web and mobile communications, but adds the convenience, ease-of-use and affordability of integrated e-mail delivery and tracking. It offers users peace-of-mind, ensuring e-mail messages are properly managed and delivered by handling unsubscribe and opt-out requests, in addition to CAN-SPAM Act compliance, and by expertly avoiding spam filters, black lists and other delivery barriers. It also tracks e-mail open rates, bounce backs and all other parameters that are essential in commercial grade e-mail service.

XMPie E-Mail Service strengthens XMPie's holistic approach to cross-media, where e-mail, Web micro-sites and outbound personalized print are fully integrated, and tracking and analysis of results is always viewed in the context of a complete campaign.

"XMPie has built a reputation on offering cutting-edge technology that streamlines the one-to-one process, making it easier for service providers, marketers and enterprises to harness the power of personalization, regardless of media," said Jacob Aizikowitz, president, XMPie. "By expanding into services and adding e-mail delivery and support to our roster, we continue to eliminate the guesswork involved in building a cross-media specialty, instead allowing our users to focus on growing their businesses."

The option to select the XMPie E-Mail Service will be available starting in Q4 2009 with all PersonalEffect Cross-Media 4.5 or higher and PersonalEffect e-Media products. It features several different service plans, so users can select the option that best reflects their expected use patterns and meets their cost-management criteria.
