Durst Image Technology joins SGP patron program as first silver patron

The Sustainable Green Printing Partnership welcomes the addition of Durst Image Technology, U.S. LLC to the SGP Patron program as the first Silver Patron. Durst Image Technology, U.S., LLC joins numerous other companies that have demonstrated their commitment to sustainability by becoming an SGP Patron. "Durst is proud to support the ongoing efforts of the SGP and its work within the market. We have a number of customers who are participating in the program and we see the positive benefits it has brought to their businesses along with the stewardship they represent for our industry. We define ambient consciousness as a guiding principle in our mission statement and the assistance that SGP extends corresponds well with our goals," said Christopher Howard, Sr. VP of Sales & Marketing.

The Sustainable Green Printing Partnership is a non-profit organization devoted to encouraging and promoting participation in the worldwide movement to reduce the environmental impact and increase the social responsibility of the print and graphic communication industry through sustainable green printing practices. Through the generous support of philanthropic companies like Durst Image Technology, U.S., LLC, the SGP Partnership is able to keep fees low for printers to participate in the program.
