Growing LATAM Market Hungry for CTP
 
According to an industry forecast report, presented at Graphics of the Americas 2009, the 11 largest economies in the LATAM region are expected to grow by 4.8% in 2009 (to US $5.837 trillion), despite recent downshifts. In addition, 72% of the regions commercial printers indicated a growth strategy that includes Investment in new equipment and technologies. More specifically, the corresponding survey asked, "If you still dont have a CTP system (79% of participants), when does your company plan to purchase one? To this question, 49% of the printers responded with either 2009 or 2010.
