Grove City, Ohio, - Kern, a global leader in high-speed, end-to-end production mail solutions is pleased to announce today that they will be exhibiting at myPrint 09, the biggest print and mailing event that only comes around every four years.  This year, Kern's exhibit is located in the Mailing and Fulfillment Pavilion of the North Hall in booth 7719.  Visitors to the Kern booth will have the opportunity to discover how Kern Can provide you with the latest and most advanced production mail and document management solutions through live equipment demonstrations, a virtual tour of Kern's product range, and interactions with Kern's experts that will be on hand to answer your questions.

This year Kern's feature exhibit will be the Kern 3500 High Speed Dual-Channel Inserting System which provides greater flexibility, shorter production times, increased differentiation and automation.  The K3500 will be maximized with the impressive Kern 999s High Speed Continuous Forms Input on the primary channel.  The K999s delivers an unmatched 88,000 documents per hour, maximizing the capabilities of the K3500 and maintaining the inserting system's full rated speed of 22,000 pieces per hour with up to four pages per envelope.  The secondary channel will be fed by Kern's 971 cut sheet feeder.    

Kern will be introducing a new cutting system at myPrint 09, The Kern 172s.  This new cutting system produces up to 72,000 cut sheets per hour.  Showing the cross-functionality of Kern's products, the application being processed on the new cutter will be used on the K3500's second channel as cut sheet input. 

For mailers that want to increase their response rates and add personalization to the entire mailpiece, Kern will be demonstrating the Kern 515 EasyMailer.  The K515 EasyMailer converts an 11" x 17" document into a complete mailpiece that is perfect for direct mail, marketing, transactional and transpromo applications.  Showing truly how easy it is to create a custom mailpiece from start to finish, guests will be able to have a custom mailpiece created for them while they are in the booth.

In addition to the product demonstrations in the Kern Production Mail Center, Kern will also be showing the latest in automated document factory solutions, mailFactory.  Kern will be hosting our ADF partners, Crawford Technology and Address Vision, to show visitors the wide range of ADF solutions that Kern has to offer. 

Kern has designed this year's booth to optimize the time of visitors. Kern will be featuring an expanded KERN EXPERIENCE with video presentations of Kern's wide range of production mail and document finishing solutions. Visitors will have the opportunity to navigate the virtual tour of Kern's solutions at their own pace, where they will be able to define their own learning potential.
