INX International, INX Digital to unveil new products at PRINT '09

Press release from the issuing company

Schaumburg, IL - Continuing with its quest to develop advanced green and sustainable products for the industry, INX International Ink Co. and INX Digital International Co. will both introduce new environmentally designed products at this year's PRINT '09 show in Chicago.  INX specialists will discuss the new additions at booth #4848 throughout the show, which runs from September 11-16 at McCormick Place.

"We are very excited and looking forward to PRINT '09 next month in our hometown," said INX President and CEO Rick Clendenning.  "Our people have worked very hard and dedicated themselves to develop and produce outstanding products that match our ideals and beliefs for today's environment and economy.  What show visitors will find at our booth are new products that will lead to a lower environmental impact while creating healthier pressrooms, safer products for consumers and greater profits."

INX International will display its recently introduced EcoTech inks and ProCure Soy coatings.  The EcoTech process color inks recently were registered in the NAPIM Bio-Derived Renewable Resource (BRC) certification program as over 65 percent of its content is bio-derived.  EcoTech inks also conform to ISO 2846-1 standards and are suitable to GRACoL G7 certification.

The company will also feature its best-in-class energy curable product line, including Fusion hybrid inks, INX Cure UV Web, INXFlex UV Flexo, and specialty inks and coatings.  The emphasis on energy curable specialty products stems from the major motivation for using UV/EB products, which includes increased productivity, improved physical properties, reduced costs and environmental compliance.

Under its new EVOLVE branding concept, INX Digital industrial inkjet systems enable traditional printers and converters to evolve to digital printing with several new digital equipment introductions.  INX will showcase a new MD UV flatbed printer, which can produce sample proofs in minutes while providing short-run production for decorative tins, general line containers and aerosols.  Also new are a narrow web digital printer and a technology preview of a two-piece can printer.  Both of these products will utilize Xaar 1001 printhead technology.
