St. Paul, Minn. - Sitma will exhibit new and innovative technology for automated inline envelope inserting and publication wrapping at PRINT 09 in booth #7751.

PRINT has traditionally been a forum for the introduction of equipment that provides cost effective production efficiencies and versatility. This is especially important in 2009 based on our current business environment. 

Sitma is Proud to Introduce the New SAF/SM15 and 1005E at PRINT 09
Sitma's new SAF module, which combines cut sheet feeding, folding, and accumulation, will be demonstrated inline with the Sitma SM15 Envelope Inserter. This versatile cut sheet feeder/folder allows for the cut sheet accumulation section to be placed either before or after the folding module. This feature provides for the accumulation of sheets prior to folding and also allows for individually folded sheets to be accumulated prior to insertion into the envelope. Buffer sections can be added as required.  A Sitma camera system for the reading of machine and human readable codes for matching will also be demonstrated.

The SAF module will feed the SM15 Envelope Inserter, a high capacity inserter that meets the most demanding production requirements. Envelope size capability is from 4" x 6" to 9" x 13". The SM15 also has the ability to run pocket envelopes with the addition of an optional "kit". The SM15 can produce up to 15,000 pieces per hour.

Sitma will also demonstrate our newest wrapper, the Sitma1005E. The 1005E is an innovative polywrapping system targeting reliability in the cost competitive market segment.
