Unisource To Distribute MeadWestVaco's Tango Product Line

Tuesday, August 19, 2008

Press release from the issuing company

NORCROSS, GA (August 18, 2008) – Unisource Worldwide, Inc., one of the leading distributors of paper, packaging and facility supplies in North America, has announced that it is now the only national distributor of MeadWestvaco's Tango product line and, effective immediately, is offering the products in all U.S. markets.

The Tango product offering comprises Tango Advantage C1S and C2S Cover and Tango C1S Blanks.  The Tango national franchise provides excellent value and includes world-class products that are superior rated when compared to the competition in terms of Performance (runability, printability, consistency) and Aesthetics (shade/whiteness, smoothness, stiffness).  Tango Advantage products run better, print better, look better and feel better than competitive offerings – they are also certified by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative – and complement Unisource's ever-growing offering of environmentally certified printing papers and products.

"Tango products are currently being placed in stock at Unisource locations throughout the United States and will be available for immediate delivery," said Robert Hutchins, Coated Board Category Manager for Unisource.  "The addition of the Tango line helps further round out our world-class product offerings to meet the growing needs of our customers.  Unisource sales representatives have already begun providing details on all of the Tango Advantage and Tango Blanks product features to our customers, as well as introducing the TANGO CHALLENGE marketing program."
