Concept 21 5 Star is a unique, patented fountain solution system that more accurately controls press chemistry.  A precision proportioning pump mixes superconcentrated chemistry to produce more consistent and predictable pressroom results, reduce waste, and create a smaller environmental footprint.  The Concept 21 5 Star provides greater control of ink and water balance, enabling the press to print more consistent solid ink densities while reducing ink and water consumption.  Fountain solution consumption is reduced by more than 50 percent in most instances, and paper waste is reduced as a result of quicker and cleaner startups and restarts.
