Kool Smiles Selects WorkflowOne for Branding Campaign

Press release from the issuing company

Dayton, Ohio, August 12, 2008 - WorkflowOne, one of the nation's leading providers of managed print and promotional product services, today announced that Kool Smiles has chosen it to develop a comprehensive branding campaign to support its aggressive expansion plans, using WorkflowOne's unique dual network.

Kool Smiles, founded in 2002, provides comprehensive, high-quality general dental care to underserved children and young adults aged 1 to 21. The organization operates 71 clinics in 14 states.

After a rigorous review of advertising agencies and design firms, WorkflowOne was selected for its full understanding of Kool Smiles' growth strategy and business objectives, as well as for its successful track record with other clients. WorkflowOne's Atlanta-based creative team will provide a variety of marketing services ranging from overall brand development to corporate event management, one-to-one direct mail, recruiting and new hire materials, print and outdoor advertising, promotional products, video and web site development. WorkflowOne will handle all copywriting, design and photography, as well as print management and promotional product production.

"We reviewed a number of service providers but only WorkflowOne offers a unique dual network that combines services and manufacturing capabilities to create the best solution for Kool Smiles to ensure a consistent look, feel and tone across all of our brand-related materials," said Geoffrey Freeman, Vice President of Marketing at Kool Smiles. "By adopting their technology platform WorkflowOneAccess, we are also able to automate a number of our marketing processes, freeing up resources and allowing staff to focus on our growth plans of adding 10 to 12 new facilities this year."

WorkflowOne's team was also called upon to design and deliver a public awareness campaign for building community support for continuing dental insurance for underserved children and young adults. Campaign materials included direct mail, dental center information booths, posters, promotional products and bilingual web sites.

"WorkflowOne employs an approach that's unique in our industry," said Scott Berry, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at WorkflowOne. "Most print providers don't design their clients' marketing materials and most agencies don't have their own print production and distribution resources. WorkflowOne gives clients the best of both worlds, all from a single source. By combining these capabilities, we make sure that compelling creative is designed for the most cost-effective execution while maintaining brand integrity."
