IGI to Conduct Adobe Creative Suite Training

Pewaukee, Wisconsin -- The Institute for Graphics and Imaging (IGI)-an education and training organization funded by and dedicated to the printing and graphic arts industry-has announced a series of training courses featuring Adobe Creative Suite 4.  Individual course offerings include specialized sessions on InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.  Courses will be held the week of March 23 and April 13 at the IGI facility in suburban Milwaukee , Wisconsin .  Tuition discounts are available to Wisconsin residents, to multiple attendees from the same company, and to participants sponsored by dealers or suppliers.  The course will be taught by Clint Funk, a highly regarded trainer with more than 25 years experience as a graphic designer and prepress specialist in a number of different printing environments. Announcing the new training series, IGI Executive Director Ron Dahl commented: "The current business slowdown provides an excellent opportunity to train employees in the latest software and techniques.  IGI Adobe Creative Suite 4 training provides hands-on experience in our modern computer labs, with instruction from an experienced graphic designer and prepress specialist.  This IGI course is among the first available for this new software suite."
