Marketing Mentors Expands/Launches New Site

Press release from the issuing company

Harrison, NY - Marketing Mentors President and Common Sense Officer Steven Amiel announced today a major expansion in the business with the opening of a second office in Boston, the addition of regional sales support personnel and the launch of a new company website.

Since its founding in 2006, Marketing Mentors, a business development and integrated marketing consultancy, has grown rapidly through the addition of new clients as well as the expansion of assignments from current customers.

Mr. Amiel said, “In today’s economy, if you’re working with a business development expert, make sure his business is growing before you hire them and waste precious time and resources.  Sales people today require a very different set of skills than they did just 5 years ago and these are not the types of skills that can be acquired in a simple 2 day seminar.  That’s why we created the “Virtual Sales Management” program.  We provide on-going training to teach new techniques and help sales people adopt new habits of working.  We provide a unique combination of both face to face and regular distance training sessions, taking the time to work with both groups and individuals to improve their knowledge and skills.”

In order to better serve its regional clients, the company has opened an office in the Boston area and announced the hiring of print industry veteran Lew Sabbag to oversee regional sales support. Mr. Sabbag spent 25 years as a successful print broker and made the transition to business communications specialist helping ad agencies, Fortune 500 clients and particularly those organizations with an entrepreneurial focus achieve success.  He has managed all facets of output and products, including offset, digital, and electronic applications to direct mail, large format, promotions and collateral.  More recently he’s overseen today’s newest initiatives in areas such as web2print and cross-media deployment.

Mr. Amiel also announced the launch of his company’s new website www.marketingmentors.com. The new website describes the breadth of consulting and marketing services the company offers to printing companies who want to succeed in an industry undergoing tremendous changes.

Marketing Mentors counts among its current clients Kodak, Canon, Watt Printers in Cleveland, OH, UNIMAC Graphics in Secaucus, NJ and Prime Digital in Dayton, OH.
