Ricoh Adds MBM Corporation to Alliance Program

Press release from the issuing company

WEST CALDWELL, N.J., May 12 -- Ricoh Americas Corporation,
a leading provider of digital office equipment, today announced MBM
Corporation, a producer of world-class business shredders and
state-of-the-art finishing equipment for the graphics and printing
industries, is joining Ricoh's Technology Alliance Program as a bronze
member. Working with MBM supports Ricoh's on-going commitment to align
itself with partners who share in its vision and dedication to provide the
best possible resources for its customers.

MBM's primary divisions focus on security and finishing, including
products such as SHREDMAN(TM) business shredders and Kutrimmer(R) trimmers,
respectively. With identity theft affecting more than 700,000 people per
year, the need for document shredders in the workplace has never been
greater. MBM's product offerings range from desk side models such as the
SHREDMAN 2404 to more robust models like the SHREDMAN 2603 SMC.

MBM's finishing solutions provide the customer with multiple options
that easily integrate with Ricoh's extensive line of products. For
instance, the Ricoh customer might use a digital duplicator system but also
has a need for a finishing tool such as a collator or an automatic folder.
To complete the system and accent the Ricoh digital duplicator, MBM can
provide the needed finishing tool. With other products such as Triumph(R)
cutters and Sprint(R) booklet makers there are many ways MBM and Ricoh can
present multiple product options to their customers.

"MBM is continually looking for bigger and better ways to enhance the
experience of our customer base," said Ned Ginsburg, president and chief
financial officer, MBM Corporation. "By officially partnering with Ricoh,
we are able to best suit the needs of the customer and afford them a
competitive edge."

There are two divisions within the Alliance Program, the Strategic
Alliance Program and the Technology Alliance Program. MBM Corporation has
joined the Technology Alliance Program, which is comprised of third party
software and hardware companies that specialize in niche solution offerings
that complement Ricoh hardware and software technologies.

"Ricoh has worked with MBM for many years and we are delighted to
welcome them into the Technology Alliance Program," said Hede Nonaka,
executive vice president, Ricoh Americas Corporation. "Through this
alliance, Ricoh and MBM will partner to focus on dealer relations and
collaborate on opportunities within the industry for the benefit of both
organizations and our customers."
