Chicago, May 6, 2008 - InnerWorkings, Inc., a leading provider of managed print and promotional solutions to corporate clients in the United States, announced today an extension of its enterprise agreement with Xerox Corporation.

Under the extension InnerWorkings will continue to provide comprehensive sourcing and category management solutions to Xerox.
