Roy Grossman, CEO & President, leaving Sandy Alexander, Inc.

Press release from the issuing company

Clifton, NJ (May 07, 2008) – Roy Grossman, President & CEO of Sandy Alexander, Inc., one of the country's leading commercial printing companies has announced that he has elected to leave the company as of May 31st, 2008.   Mr. Grossman said, "I love this company, am proud of the contribution that I have made and believe in everything it represents.  However, after 17 years with this wonderful organization, the time has come for me to chart new waters.  At 56 years of age, this is an opportunity to 'write a new chapter.'  I take much comfort in the knowledge that there are many great people here, and that Sandy Alexander will continue to thrive and lead the industry."

In addition to Mr. Grossman, Charles (Chip) Stine, Executive Vice President of Sales, will also be leaving the company.  Mr. Grossman and Mr. Stine have worked together throughout their entire careers in the printing industry.  Mr. Stine commented, "I have had the rare privilege of working with the most talented and professional group of people in the industry.  I am sorry to be leaving so many friends, but know that they will continue to set the bar throughout the printing community."

Mr. Grossman continued, "I am particularly pleased to announce that Michael Graff will be promoted to President.  No one is more deserving or more qualified.  The company will be ably led by Michael and the senior management team."
