Secap announces new T-2000 Tabber

Press release from the issuing company

West Conshohocken, PA ( April 30, 2008) – Secap is pleased to announce the latest addition to its line of tabbing products, the new T-2000 Tabber. This heavy duty tabletop tabber offers high productivity and flexibility in handling a variety of media types. Designed for in-line or off-line productivity with fixed head desktop printers or production mail tables, the T-2000 tabber is perfect for lettershops, commercial and professional printers, quick printers, fulfillment houses and for anyone else needing to seal open-ended media at production speeds.

The Secap T-2000 Tabber provides precise and accurate placement of a variety of adhesive material including tabs, wafer seals, labels, stamps, scratch-offs and customized stickers. Operating at production speeds of up to 20,000 pieces/per hour, the T-2000 can apply single, double or triple tabs in one pass.

"With the rising costs of postage, it is imperative to take advantage of all available USPS automation discounts," said John Beer, Customer Service Manager for Secap. "The T-2000 tabber offers a simple and efficient method for companies to seal open-ended mail pieces, while meeting USPS requirements."

With precision registration transport guides, the Secap T-2000 tabber offers superior material handling. It can handle coated, bond and card stock up to 12" by 14" in size and up to 3/8" in thickness. Job changeovers are easy due to its streamlined tab threading, and changeovers are less frequent as the reel holds up to 20,000 tabs. Built for rugged mailing environments, the T-2000 tabber is designed to meet even the most demanding tabbing applications.  To learn more, call Secap at 1.800.523.0320 or visit www.secap.com.
