“February printing shipments were $7.07 billion or -1.6% over the same month in 2007,” said Dr. Webb, director of WhatTheyThink's Economics and Research Center. “On inflation-adjusted basis, however, shipments were down -$441 million or -5.4% compared to 2007.”
